Thanks everybody for your responses I have found some help with the issue and in the future I will follow the guidelines.

We are migrating away from the database to a cloud solution. Things are running fine right now however what I am looking for is somebody to do a one time database analysis and then perhaps have some ongoing support.

Hi We are running Epicor 9 which use openedge 10.2A. We are beginning the process of migrating away however I was wondering if anybody does progress database analysis/support?
