A customer of ours is getting it in a program based on a SmartBrowser. I'm trying to reproduce it so that I can hopefully fix their problem.

What causes this Progress error message?

I have found examples of how to make a Progress window transparent, but I want to be able to make a Progress frame transparent so that I can see images, controls, etc.. beneath it.
