I've found a work around since I posted, but we are running 10.0B03 so I will look into upgrading our service pack today. thanks for your thoughts Casper!

I'm using SQL 2005 Reporting services on Windows 2003 server, my development machine is Windows XP Pro. Attempting to report from a Progress 10.0B (also Win 2003 Server) database with the DataDirect 4.2 SQL92 driver. A simple static query executes brilliantly (i.e. SELECT Col1 FROM Tab1...
