I have just been asked to look at incorporating a JQuery plugin into a webspeed page which we have never done before so have started with the basics but keep getting an error when defining the entry point.

Take a look at Progress knowledgebase #19606. It would indicate that you need admin rights to Load the registry, but the error you are getting is indicating that you don't have admin rights. Get you rights upgraded by your network administrator and give it another try.

Has anyone had any experience of incorporating external postcode search enginse into a progress application.
I have been told to check out AFD software's postcode tools as you can use the DLL's from it but I was hoping to get any advice from anyone else who had done something similar before...
To call the chm help file place the following code within the trigger on your help button or menu item...
os-command silent c:\HelpFiles\helpfile.chm.
just replace the 'c:\helpfiles\helpfile.chm' with your filename,
