Care Squad supports NDIS participants in building skills, confidence, and stability for lasting employment. Services include job-skills training, mentoring, work experience, and job-search assistance, plus ongoing support after securing work. The program addresses education, access, and workplace barriers, helping people with disabilities achieve meaningful, sustained employment and community participation.
