.wrx files

You don't read them. They are wrapper files to allow the ABL to interact with OCX controls. They get automatically created as soon as you drop an OCX control onto an ABL frame and they are managed by the AppBuilder without any need for you modify them in any way. But, you must deploy them along with your .r files because they are needed at run time.
