SUMMARY
To maintain, enhance and develop web presence for the Dispute Resolution
Division and produce DRD publications

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.

Develop/enhance web sites.

Maintain content on web sites.

Utilize relational database techniques to manage data within web pages.

Prepare layouts for DRD publications.

Act as liaison for staff solving their computer/windows problems, directing
them to the right people.

Attend training/seminars to keep skills current and other miscellaneous
tasks.

Work with users to gather information on their needs.

Assist other members of IT in problem-solving.

Offer suggestions as to how we can improve the system for the end user and
recommending changes.

Work with Publications and DR Administration on issues of web-based
solutions and publications schedule. Also, work with IT staff to assist
them in correcting problems

Involved with conference calls with customers, vendors and arbitrators.

Manage web- related projects for staff .

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks.

A solid understanding of programming logic and workflow is important.

Must have great people skills and the ability to layout a professional web
page targeted to appropriate users.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Essential and required skills include
WebSpeed, HTML, ASP, Graphics, relational databases, CSS, desktop publishing
and Adobe Acrobat. Additional desired skills include Cold Fusion, Windows
NT, JavaScript

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A or B.S.) from a four year college or university; at
least two years of related work experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine
reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of
customers or employees of organization. Ability to read and organize flow
of information on web sites.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence,
and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively
present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers,
clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to work with
staff and determine web based needs.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discount interest,
commissions proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute
rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems
involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required
to sit. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color
vision. Utilizing the computer at close range requires the ability to view
information on the screen up close. Color vision needed in web publication
layouts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Focusing for many hours on the computer screen can cause tired eyes. Will
work under tight deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
