Northern Virginia - Crystal City: Unix system administrator and database

Allegro Consultants is seeking an additional SA/DBA to add to an existing
team of 8.X ChUI/GUI programmers on a government project. We are
looking for a self-disciplined, professional programmer with at least 3
years of fulltime Unix sys admin and Progress database admin experience.
Requirements:
Hewlett-Packard HP-UX
Progress 8 and 9
U.S. Citizens only
National agency check (security clearance)
10-15% travel annually
Additional skills desired:
Sun Solaris
Gelco's Travel Manager
Windows NT and 2000
Citrix Metaframe
A degree is not required.
Allegro offers annual training and a highly skilled team to increase
everyone's knowledge and capabilities.
This position is open to sub-contractors so you will be paid via 1099
rather than as an employee on a W-2.
This is for on-site work in the Crystal City/Arlington area. This position
is for 40 hours a week and we sign year-long contracts.
