Syteline error(1422)

Dear All,

I am getting below error when i try to add new menu
SYSTEM ERROR:Index pi-sys-menu in Menu Selection for recid 5175064 could not be deleted.(1422)
because of this error i am not able to add any new MENU, so please any one tell me how to resolve this error.
