SyteLine 6 error when invoicing

Hello,

please bare with my ignorance since i'm not a system nor syteline administrator, just having watch in the vacation period.

Upon invoicing we are getting an error and the process stops. Can someone help me please to solve this issue:
"[ORDER ENTRY INVOICING] is performed by another user"

this is probably caused by a crashed client but i have no idea how to handle.

Could someone please be so kind and walk me through?

you login as administrator, in the menu file in syteline main, option parameters, option accounts receivable there is a options to unlock invoice number or credit number.

the error is because other user logout wrong of the system.

i hope this resolve your problem.
