[Stackoverflow] [Progress OpenEdge ABL] Strange Letters on names when installing the software on the client

When we instal our software on the client, most of the time, if the string has an uncommon letter, it's replaced with a strange sign.

Our only "not a solution" now is to replace the text with normal letters.
