[Stackoverflow] [Progress OpenEdge ABL] How can I create users in Proclaim Case Management in bulk?

I am trying to bulk create users in Proclaim Case Management by Access. There appears to be no way to do this within proclaim itself.

The only potential way I have found is by directly updating the progress database. How do I add users into User Profiles and Handler maintenance in bulk?
