Sales Order Locked

Hi All,

On Friday morning we had a temporary issue with our server, which meant that we lost MFG for a short period of time.

Now we have an error against a Sales Order that is holding up some reports that we need to use today. This has happened before but normally overnight when the system backs up these errors are eradicated.

The error is

"ERROR: SALES ORDER XXXXX IS BEING CONFIRMED BY USER XXX. please re-enter"

Our system administrator has tried to sort the problem to no avail.

Any ideas what we need to do?
