resizing the browser window

facing some serious problem while resizing the browser window to view the report in the report serrver. The scaling of the controls and the font is not seemed to be proportionate to the scaling of the window and hence the number of lines in a paragraph keep on variying, causing severe formating problems. Is there anyway the report could look the same even after changing the browser window size from 100% to say 150% or so??
