Report Builder - Big Black Square

We are using Report Builder to print out invoices for a client.
We are using Progress 9.1C.

When printing out a batch of invoices, the first page of the first invoice prints out fine. The following 2 pages have a big black square on the right side completely covering all the numbers on the right side columns.

All the other invoices in the batch work correctly.

Here's the kicker ...
On my machine, there is NO black square ... all the reports print out correctly.
However, on the client's machines (they have 10) and on a co-workers machine, the black square appears.

We are totally stumped, we've tried different modifications to the Report Builder, but nothing has changed.

Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone come across something like this?
Some input would be greatly appreciated.
