Progress Explorer Tool Script ??

Hello,
Is it possible to run a script or automate different Progress Explorer Tool services to start? Even though they are set to "auto start" they don't all start. You have to manually go in there and start them. This usually happens after a reboot. From what I have been told, it's because there isn't a delay between all of them starting. Is there a way to get each one to gracefully start?

OS?
