Checking all three oeablSecurity.properties files I could find (C:\home\sch1\ablapps\sch1\conf, C:\home\sch1\conf, C:\home\sch1\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF) (sch1 is the new name of app, as I deleted previous instance and started again) all files match on the settings: http.all.authmanager=local client.login.model=anonymous http.all.realm=OpenEdge http.jee.all.mappableRoles=ROLE_PSCUser apsv.security.enable=none soap.security.enable=none Still no answer from PASOE I tweaked params and it does respond to http://{server_address} 
ort/rest with {"AdapterType":"REST","Connections":[]} http://{server_address} ort with the page with Welcome to Progress Application Server for OpenEdge So... Can't find the pace to enable anonymous access to rest services... As the access to APSV transport it is working correctly... Help please...
