... and you have no idea if the flow has *any* comments anywhere until you've hovered over every element! Add a decoration flag on the diagram to objects that have comments. Another wonderful option would be to create a side panel that lists all of the comments on a flow -- if you click on an item, you scroll to that item's comments, and if you click on a comment, you snap to the item the comment is attached to.
