Printer settings in mfg/pro

Dear Friends,
How we do printer settings in mfg/pro? which is the parameter responsible for selecting the TRAY in the printer.
for eg: I have a printer contains 3 TRAYS for letterhead, A4, A6 . I want to do setting to select 3rd TRAY to print data on A6 paper.

The best is to look at PCL for that specific model and add it to the printer maint in MFG/PRO.

What is PCL ? And where to add it , I mean in Printer setup or Printer type maintenance?

PCL Printer Command language you can create sespearte ones in printer type maint else just edit the esc sequences in printer maintenance.
