Hi!!!

I was wondering how you print price books for your branches, so they have
current pricing when the system is down.

The best way to do it would be to run a report on a regular basis to a
file, transfer it to a remote pc (or two) at each branch so the users
could use a simple "notepad" or "wordpad" to edit the doc and search for
part numbers/pricing. The catch is that the remote PC would have to be a
laptop (to run on their battery) or a PC that has a UPS. (uninterruptable
power supply)

We do exactly this except I post it on our intranet and make people get
it themselves. This eliminates the need for a UPS and anyone who needs
it can get it.
