New Tools for vB Code and Smilies

I just added a new toolbar just above the message box for all new threads, replies, and private messages. This will allow you to easily insert board codes to make special formatting for your message.

Here's the new toolbar:

Examples are:
Bold
Italics
Underline
Small text
Large text
Huge Text
Arial Font
Times Font
Courier Font
Century Font
Blue Color
Red Color
Green Color
Purple Color
Insert Web Addresses
Insert Email Addresses
