Netscape not behaving!

Using the form tag below, all the required values are taken across in IE, but not Netscape.

<INPUT TYPE="Radio" NAME="answer" VALUE="`example.answer`" ALIGN="MIDDLE" onclick = "window.location.href='example1.htm?answer=' + (this.value);">

Any ideas?
