lower level cost break up

dear all,
the product structure is
A ( type is M ) labor=1, berdon=2 (total=1003+1+2)
|
B ( type is M ) labor=1,berdon=2 (total=1000+1+2)
|
C ( type is p ) material cost = 1000

When I see option item cost maintenace for item A it show following
output :

This level Lower level Total

material 1003 1003
labor 1 1
berdon 2 2
overhead
subcontract


My question is why system is showing lowe level material cost 1003. It is actually 1000. Why is not showing as

material ---->1000
labor ----> 1
berdon ----> 2

Is any control setting required for this or its a standard functionality Kindly give your suggestion on this.

Your LL Material cost should show as 2000. Do a product structure cost roll up.

only item C (type "P" ) is having materail cost 1000,
B (type "M" ) is having only labor and berdon
A (type "M") is having only labor and berdon

how A will have LL material cost of 2000?

Apologies misunderstood the numbers.

Its in 3.24 Sum LL Costs into Material Costs should be no.
