Job Title : IT Programmer/Systems Implementation Lead
Function : Information Systems

Key Job
Responsibilities : ? Perform in-depth needs assessments to accurately determine the IT systems and strategies that are necessary to meet current and future business needs
? Develop and execute systems implementation strategies to ensure minimal disruption when introducing new or upgraded systems
? Maintain and enhance capabilities of Syteline ERP, MRP and Scheduling programs
? Partner with other business units and divisions in developing and implementing initiatives that impact multiple sites
? Provide systems support to employees
? Develop and deliver effective training to employees on new or upgraded applications
Position
Requirements : ? Bachelor?? s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required
? Detailed knowledge of Progress programming required
? Ability to lead cross-functional teams to successfully meet objectives and deadlines
Knowledge of the printing and manufacturing process a plus
Experience using JetForm
Citrix experience is a plus
Position may lead to IT Manager position.
