Install Progress and SQL on same server

I am currently running SQL 2000 and Progress 9.1C, each on their own server. But we are looking to move both databases to the same server.

Does anyone know of any known issues of having both Progress and SQL on the same machine? (windows 2003 server). If you could help out with this, I'm still searching for any material on this.
