Our system admininstrator is having great difficulty trying to alter permissions (on v8.4) for an end user (namely me).
I require access to 'Works Order by Order Report' which is found in 16.3 'Works Order Report Menu'. If i go into 16.3, the menu is blank whereas other people can view the list of possible reports and subsequently view the specific report i require.
Normally all options are displayed and any you do not have permission to view/use have an 'X' next to them. Has anyone any ideas as to why this menu list does not appear or how to grant access?
