Error while Save as PDF format Error no (12272)

Hi,

Progress Ver 10.2B SP07
OS WIN7- 64 Bit

We have report viewer and save as option. While saving the report in Pdf format we are getting an error as follows

A variable or array element passed as an INPUT or INPUT-OUTPUT parameter to a DLL cannot contain the Unknown value. (12272)

But save to PDF format is happening fine. If any one experianced same type of error Kinly help me in ressolving the issue.

Hard to tell what is the issue there as we don't know nothing about what report viewer are you using... it does look like you (or the viewer) is calling some external DLL procedure which is not happy with the input parameters passed to it.

What is that report viewer that you're using?
