csrss.exe with Progress 9.1C23

Hi,

Was upgrading Progress 9.1Bxx to 9.1C23 on a NT4 machine.
After that the performance was dramatic.
When looking at the Taskmanager I see that csrss.exe is taking 95 % of the CPU time.
When you look with Taskinfo (Iarsn) you can see the number of switches to execution of current Process or Threads in a second > 150.000 !
This is not normal.
First I was thinking to a virus known as Win32.Nimda.E also known as Win32.Nimda.C Worm, but no virus was found.
So, the fast action was to downgrade to 9.1Bxx and yes the problem was gone.
Does anyone seen this problem before ?
On the Progress site i can't find any problem with 9.1C23 on NT4 and csrss.exe and performance.

Thanks.
Bert
