Hello -
I'm attempting to use the DataDirect 5.1 Progress OpenEdge
ODBC Driver, under Windows XP Professional, to connect to
a remote OpenEdge 10.0B database on a LINUX server.
When attempting to do so, I receive the following error:
[DataDirect][ODBC OPENEDGE driver][OPENEDGE]Server did not respond.
Here is how I've configured the DataDirect 5.1 Progress OpenEdge
ODBC Driver:
Hostname - domainname.com
Port number - 20931
Database name - dbname.db
Userid - user
Password - pass
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
