Actuate DB Connection error

Hello,

We are tying to use Actuate. The installation was fine but when we try to connect to a database the next error message is displaying:
Cannot connect to database.
Error generated by the connected data source ... (2)
Error in Network Daemon (-20212)

Environment: Win98/9.1A-C/Actuate 5 and a simple local database.

Someone met this problem?
