Using a 10.2B platform, can SQL clients use word indexed fields
I have tried the contains keyword in a basic SQL select statement but i just get a
select * from pub.NotificationReceived where Subject CONTAINS...
* scan you db for database corruption.
* dump and load
* check for file system based errors in the system logs
* refresh your progress application files, maybe a bad file.
* refresh your source code files. (maybe a bad file)
* check progress KB for similar issues.. for clues ....
Q[1] tabanaly is a heavish job, but there is no way to accurately measure its system load or runtime, as many factors will influence that result.
* level of scatter on table data
* number of record continuations in table data
* DB size
* data weight in DB
* Index's
* disk speeds
* memory
* cpu...
You probably need to break up your sort file usage with the -SS option. you are probably exceeding the 2gb limit.
also worth scanning your db with dbrpr (1,1,4,A,G) to make sure that your DB is not corruputed
