-Support the end user and the help desk
-Monitor, update configure and repair the network and servers
-Responsible for software installations, updates/hardware installations and upgrades.
-Perform regular maintenance
-Responsible for CAD-CAM administration including training, troubleshooting and upgrades.
-Responsible for DNC systems administration
-Implement internet system as required
-Complete special projects related to Information Systems in a timely manner.
-Responsible for the support of telephone systems.
