Prblm with PROSTRUCT Command

Hi Everybody,
I am not sure about the below error. I am able to execute other basic commands whereas i am not able to execute prostruct command. Can someone please help me out? Am i missing out something?

proenv>prostruct add "C:\OpenEdge\WRK\TestSports" "add.st"
'prostruct' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
