Is it possible to have a fill-in label in two rows?
In tool-tip you can break the text into two rows using "~n", is there any similar method for applying this to a fill-in label???
NO. In a GUI environment there is no way to have a label print on 2 lines. The only way is a column-label can be split up when printing using the (!) to indicate a new line.
