The modules are 1)Order Processing 2)Inventory

The inventory module involves managing the procurement and utilization of
the necessary electronic components for the infrastructure of the company.

It involves the processing from the stage of receiving the components,
checking, moving to stores and rejections and returns. It has reports
like stock status, stock ledgers, re-order level reports, daily issues
and receipts registers. The order-processing module involves processing
the customer request. It involves the entry of the order details ending
up in a detailed specification of the order implementation and generation
of the tariffs and billing.

This is a generalized system developed for Church Management. The system
maintains registers, Parish Details, Accounts etc. Reports Generated:

Family History, Personal, Details, Cash book, Bank book, Balance Sheet,
Income and Expenditure etc.

Freight Payment Module (Metro Freight Forwarders, Guangzhou, China)

The Freight Payment module performs the payment process for Freight
Management System (FMS) a fully integrated Freight management solution
for shippers incorporating in Freight rating. The payment module provides
a method for resolving all payment process includes Freight invoicing and
Cost Allocation on Shipment. The main modules of the project were Shipment,
Invoice, Payment, Claims and Inquiry programs. The Inquiry module creates
a lot of reports such as displaying all Shipments, Invoices and Payments
related to the claim.

Robohelp Office.

Freight Forwarding System(Metro Freight Forwarders, Guangzhou, China)

FFS provides a highly efficient paper-less environment for all modes of
freight handled by a forwarder. FFS is designed to increase productivity,
reduce errors, and provide accurate on-line processing. It helps companies
realize better control in areas of financial, materials, personnel resources,
carrier selection and price bargain. User-managed tables allow easy system
maintenance and on-line data validation. User productivity and data accuracy
are noticeably improved. The main features of this system are a) Multiple
companies and multiple warehouse operations. b) Consolidate freight, where
possible. c) Tie up with accounts payable and accounts receivable. d) Easily
track accounts payable history for each vendor. e) Vendor performance report
allows comparison of each vendor's activity. f) Known locations for each
carrier service. g) Keep supplier data. Modules were I worked on during
this project are File Maintenance (Maintenance of customer, consignee, Vendor,
carrier, broker, port, reason code, control file., On hand Maintenance, Shipment
Creation, Invoice Process, Finance (Accounts payable, accounts receivable and
general ledger) and Inquiry (On Hand Inquiry, Shipment Inquiry, Invoice
Inquiry, accounts receivable inquiry by customer, accounts payable inquiry
by vendor. A number of reports were generated for file listing, Shipment
reports, Invoice reports, Open/paid item listing and A/P Check register and
open item report and received payment report.

Inventory Control System

This project deals with a Super market in Singapore. The system controls the stock
of all branches and warehouses. The current stock was validated using a unique code. Reconciliation and physical count is made possible at every yearend or at any break
point. The main modules of this system developed are the maintenance of purchase,
sales and returns, which includes purchase and sales returns, Billing, Queries
Reports & balance sheets. The reports are fully restricted to the management level.

Data Warehouse Query Translation Interface

The main feature of this system is to recover the data stored in all formats i
rrespective of the platforms and database. It can provide top managers, decision-makers
and other key people within the enterprise with access to whatever level of information
they need. So, that they can analyze and react to the changing business conditions in
a rapid fashion.

The Data Warehouse Query Translation Interface (DWQTI) can be viewed and used as a
small component of a data warehouse. The users are able to obtain the desired
operational database query information in SQL after they select the warehouse attributes
and compose the warehouse conditions on the interface, and do not need to worry about
which attribute is in which relation scheme or in which database scheme. The underlying
physical database can be in remote sites. Only the operational meta data files should
be stored locally so that the relation scheme names, attribute names, and possibly some functional dependencies for the underlying databases can be retrieved.

Y2K Compliance

The Y2k solution is performed using the Windowing Techniques. All the 6 Digit date
fields are converted to 7 digit where the 7th digit is used for century marking. As
the date fields are get updated these century bit is get updated to 0 for 19th century
and 1 for the 20th century. When the date field undergoes a comparison, it is compared
in YYYYMMDD format according to the 7th position integer. The comparison is performed
for the YY greater than 50 updates to 19th century and for less than 50 to 20th century

distributors of Fire extinguisher products. The site maintains online registration,
