how to start ODBC service with progress 8.3B

who can help me to start odbc service with 8.3B

i have a batch file like this:

$DLC/bin/_prooidv -SV -S oibrksv -H D220abc -cpinternal GB2312 -cpstream GB2312
i can find the file "_prooidv" in remote host d220abc ,but i can not find the file "_prooidv" in local £¬who can help to do with it?
