I have 5 WO, which my QTY is not able to cover up these 5 of them. Supposing the rest of the WO should state “Qty Not Available” but I am still able to see it appear in WO Pick list

Are you saying that the error is not shown on the pciklist for all the 5 work orders even though you dont have enough qty to cover all 5 ?

E.g. QTY on Hand is 18000
Qty allocated is 120,000
Not all the 5 WO, but supposingly the last WO should state Qty not available. But it didn't

Is it possible that you have more inventory somewhere else? You can try 3.18 Allocated Inventory Inquiry to find out, how exactly the system fulfills the requirements.

You can setup the componet as key componet, system will give you error msg in case of shortage.
