If you mean "GL effects" yes it does. 3.21.1 has the purpose of detailing the tr_hist and the corresponding trgl_det records that resulted from a given transaction.

3.21.16 is a report that is targeted at reporting the GL effects.

3.21.1 has much more information that you won't see in 3.21.16 but if what you are looking for is "what transactions produced what GL effect" and all the accounting info (e.g. qty, costing, etc) 3.21.16 is the report you want.

I have to say that 3.21.16 is by no means a "fast" report.

In theory, everything you see in the GL and was produced using an IC transaction should also be available in 3.21.16.
