What is the appropriate table(s) to use

HI All,
I have to make an inventory related report (Material Balance),
where I should show "Begining Inventory Balance", "Receipts", "Adjustments", "Shipments", "End Balance" etc for the given range of date. Which is the appropriate tables(s), I should use for this purpose.
