Table exists in multiple databases

I am not sure what happened over the weekend but now when users log into their syteline system this morning, they are getting the following error message:

Table usr-local exists in databases Phla and symglbl.

We have a multisite deployment with the symglbl database storing and maintaining our multisite information. I have never run into this. Has anyone else ever run into this and how do I fix it?

Have you re-compiled the menu/symix.p ? If so, then
you must compile under Develop Mode.

Use symix alias with the user-local table. example: find first symix.user-local.
