syteline 8 and RightFax 8.5

We are have setup a server running Syteline 8 on it and now are running into configuration issues with the RightFax Server that we are running. We are running an older version of RightFax 8.5 that is running just fine but we cannot get Syteline to connect or work with RightFax. I am totally new to both these technologies if anyone has any suggestion or comment that might help please post.

Syteline 8 (running in SQL - as you know) would need some customization to work with Rightfax or any other sort of document management systems / servers...A custom script of some sort would need to be written...
