We have just installed progress version 9.1a on a hux11.0 system.
Is there any documentation that clearly tells thefirst steps to get a connection using sqlexp (sql 92 )?
I also tried to connect using Merant ODBC driver that gets istalled when the clientgets installed. Again I am up against a stonewall.
Neither the JDBC guide or the ODBC guide tells howto install this stuff at both the client end and at the server end.
I am talking with lot of frustration.May be I have looked inthe wrong places. I found this web site through Google. Itried the Progress KB. Very little info there.
