Scroll-bars in browser

Hi Peggers,

Does anybody know how I can turn off the Horizontal and Vertical scroll-bar on a browser in Progress 8.3B...Doesn't seem to be an option on the property screen.

To the best of my knowledge you can not turn off the vertical scroll bar on a browser in 8.3B. For that matter, you can not turn off the horizontal scroll bar either, but if the fields that are to be displayed in the browser fit in the width that you make the browser then no horizontal scroll bar will appear. If all the fields can not fit you will get a horizontal scroll bar.

In V9.1C -

browser-name:SCROLLBAR-VERTICAL = FASLE

Will turn off the Vertical one.

But if I remember, that isn't available in v8 (but not sure).

Noticed that indeed the horizontal bar disappears when the fields fit the browser, too bad that the vertical one doesn't work in the same way.
