ReportCast, IIS & Active Directory

Hi All,

I have a client that has a Actuate installation and they would like to use ReportCast to distribute reports on their internal network. They are looking for a single sign on, by way of the users (in this case employees) logging into their PC's and then having that single network login act as the login to the ReportCast & Actuate Report Server.

All the documentation that I have seen regarding Actuate/ReportCast always refers to the single sign on as a login dialog displayed by Actuate.

Is there any way to get ReportCast to talk to IIS & Microsoft Active Directory so that the user's login ID can be passed through to Actuate without the need for an Actuate login dialog?

All components (except the active directory) have been installed on a Win2K machine; IIS 4 (maybe 5), ReportCast 5 & Report Server 5.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
