Purchase Order Returns & RTS

Hello

Does anyone know the what difference is between these two forms, from what I've read they both do the same thing.

Not sure which one I should be using for returning goods to suppliers.

RTS? can you give me any information about RTS,such as menu id?(11.7.3)

by the way ,i think it has some difference way to return goods to suppliers,such as 5.13.7 or 5.7/5.13.1
