Job Title: ERP Technical Analyst
Location: Massachusetts
Duration: 3-6 months
Job Summary:
Manage routine technical tasks as well as provide technical support on system issues and modifications for users and the IS application group in the Mfg/Pro and Progress environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Configure and implement new modules, user interfaces and systems to support business requirements
•Provide technical support to the IS and end user community
•Responsible for performance management of the ERP environment
•Manage changes to the ERP environment including patches, service packs, upgrades and enhancements
•Manage outside development resources
•Act as a technical liaison with the database group for system integration
•All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
BS in Business Administration or Computer Science with a strong financial and manufacturing software background or other technical degree with 4-8 years experience.
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
•Business systems experience in financial, manufacturing applications and sales systems, which include analysis of requirements, implementation and testing.
•Knowledge of MFG/Pro from QAD, WebSpeed and Roundtable change management system.
