Progress Explorer Error

I have installed Openedge 10.2A in Windows 8. When I tried to configure progress explorer gets below error. Can someone pls suggest the solution on this?

MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have
been installed correctly.

Progress Explorer is not supported on Windows 8. Use the browser-based OpenEdge Explorer instead.
