Slide 24 at least mentions the fields but I think it is wrong. When I run my code above I get 2 cdc_Customer records with the same seq#. The _contunation field is 25 for one, 26 for the other but _fragment is 0 for both (_arrayIndex is also 0). So _fragment does not seem to actually indicate "split record order". 25 *seems* to be the _field-rpos of the last field prior to the split in the first fragment. I'm not sure how reliable that is as an interpretation. The _change-fieldmap seems unaware of the split. 26 is the last remaining _field-rpos in cdc_Customer and the 2nd change record only has changes for that field although the _change-fieldmap seems to not know about any of them. So, thanks, that's a bit of an improvement on the documentation front. But it is still pretty fuzzy.
