New Board Updates and a New Look

I just installed a new board update today, along with all new graphics and icons.

Enhacements:

• showthread/forumdisplay admin options now only shown to moderators / administrators
• icon for 'receive updates to this thread' (images/subscribe.gif)
• sort arrow on forumdisplay now dynamically alters direction depending on sort order
