Need Progress Candidates with Double Byte

I need One top QAD / Mfg Pro Installer / Administrator who can Deploy, Configure, setup security and environments. Experience with the double-byte character set will be a huge plus. DBCS enables Japanization of the system.

This version is also called "Kanji".

Since this is a new install, Experience with the EB2 version will be good.

EB1 will be considered too.

Overall they also need to be Progress DBA's & have decent network admin skills (Unix, etc). Experience with data conversions required.

This team will not have to go to Japan, rather will be based out of San Diego.

Duration will be 6 months+.

I also need 1 to 2 QAD / Progress Developers who can enhance & customize Mfg Pro on the same project and also with the "Double-byte" experience. Data conversion experience will be a plus.

This client is very rate sensitive, so although I don't have a rate cap, I know the lower the rate, the faster this will move.

Japanese langiage skills are not required for either of these positions, however it'll be plus along with having worked with Japanese clients/environments.
